Tender Notices which are being released to the Press by the Controller of Stores, Northern Railway, New Delhi and are published in the national dailies, are displayed on this site.  Only current Tender Notices are shown where Tenders for some or all of the items listed therein are yet to be opened.

 

Certain information is common to all the tender notices and the same has not been shown with each tender notice but is furnished below :-

 

1.                  Tender Documents can be obtained from the office of the Controller of Stores, Northern Railway, Baroda House, New Delhi during 11.00 Hrs. to 15.00 Hrs. on all working days except on the date of opening of tender.

 

2.                  The cost of tender documents should be remitted to FA&CAO (SAB)/N.R./B.H./NDLS through crossed bank draft only.  Postal Orders/Cheques/Money Orders are not acceptable.

 

3.                  Tender documents are not transferable.

 

4.                  Tender submitted on other than prescribed tender forms are liable to be rejected.

 

5.                  If the firm desires to obtain the tender documents by post, they must send the demand draft along with requisition to COS office at least 15 days before the date of tender opening.

 

6.                  All the tenderers are requested to indicate their Banker’s Name and Account No. in all the offers/Quotations being submitted to the Controller of Stores, N.Rly., Baroda House, New Delhi.
