                                                                      NB:- 1- Bulk purchase will be made from CLW approved sources. Approval status will  

                                                                                     be taken on the date of tender opening.

                                                                               2- Inspection by Railway Adviser in case of imported goods and by RITES in case

                                                                                   of  indigenous goods.

                                                                              3- Earnest Money – 2 % (Rs. 36000/-)

                                                                              4- Cost of tender documents:- Rs-1000/- for indigenous offers and
